摘    要:利用10个微卫星基因座对陶赛特和萨福克两个肉用绵羊品种及其与新疆细毛羊级进杂交一代和二代羊群进行遗传学检测,计算各个群体的基因频率、有效等位基因数、杂合度(H)、多态信息含量(PIC)以及级进杂交群体与原始改良品种群体的遗传距离.结果表明,10个微卫星在两个级进杂交群体的等位基因数有5~13个,有效等位基因数在3.529以上,等位基因频率分布不均匀,杂合度(H)大于0.7167,多态信息含量(PIC)大于0.6648,这些遗传参数在级进杂交一代都是最高的.遗传距离分析表明,萨福克(或陶赛特)与本地新疆细毛羊级进杂交一代离萨福克(或陶赛特)较远,而萨福克(或陶赛特)杂交二代离萨福克(或陶赛特)较近.

Abstract:The polymorphism of 10 microsatellite loci was analyzed in the Dorset and Suffolk meat sheep breads and their grading crossing offsprings(filial generation one and two,F_1 and F_2),crossed with Xinjiang Fine Wool.Allele frequencies,effective number of alleles,heterozygosity,polymorphism information content,genetic distance were calculated for all microsatellite markers in each group.The number of allele observed at a locus varied between five and thirteen and effective number of alleles was more than 3.529.The evaluated microsatellite markers exhibited a very high heterozygosity(H>0.7167) and polymorphism information content(PIC>0.6648).These genetic parameters all exceeds that in grading crossing offsprings(F_1).Genetic relationship between Dorset or Suffolk and its grading crossing offsprings F_2 is closer than its grading crossing offsprings F_1.
