| Abstract: | This article researched the method of extracting tea polyphenol from the rough tea with the ion precipitation method. The experiment discussed the influence over the extraction from the time of soaking, the choice of the type of precipitation agents, the choice of pH conditioners, the time of chen-melting, the choice of sour extension dissolves as the acid concentration, the choice of extracting agents and so on. |
