香榧林地土壤及其种子矿物元素含量分析

摘    要:对不同林地土壤及其香榧种子矿物元素分析表明:(1)香榧林地土壤中共检测出21种矿物元素,其中作为大量元素的N、P、K较为丰富,但比例失调;有毒重金属元素Cd和Hg没有检出,As、Cr、Cu的变异系数较大,Zn、Pb的变异系数较小;香榧林地土壤其它矿物元素中,se没有检出,Si、Ni等元素变异系数较大,而Fe、B、Mn、Sn、Sr等含量丰富,且变异系数较小。(2)香榧种子中检测出19种矿物元素,其中主要营养元素N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量丰富,且样品间变异系数均在16%以下;重金属元素Cu、Zn、Hg的含量在安全范围以内。Pb、Cr未检出,仅个别样品As超标;其它元素中的Sn、Al、Mn、Sr及Cu、Zn含量极丰富或丰富,样品间变异系数小;而Na、Ni、Fe、B、Se的含量的变异系数在70.32%(Ni)-147.69%(Fe);(3)多数矿物元素在土壤与种子之间没有相关性;土壤有效P、K含量在一定范围内与种子P、K含量似有一定相关性;大量施肥特别是有机肥与化肥混施有提高土壤中Cd、Pb、Na含量的趋势。

Mineral Elements in Torreya grandis ‘Merrillii’ Seeds and Their Forestland Soils

Abstract:Analysis on mineral elements in Torreya grandis 'Merrillii' seeds and their forestland soils demonstrated that there were 21 mineral elements in the soils, rich total nitrogen, total phosphorus and hydrolytic nitrogen, but uneven ration because of too much nitrogen and insufficient available potassium, toxic heavy metals like cadmium and hydrargyrum undetected, big coefficients of variation of arsenic, chromium, cuprum but small of zinc and lead. Other mineral element like selenium was undetected, rich in ferrum, boron, manganese, stannum, and strontium and small coefficients of variation, big coefficients of variation of silicon and nickel. There were 19 mineral elements detected in the seed, rich nutrient content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium and coefficients of variation under 16%, other element such as stannum, aluminum, manganese, strontium, cuprum and zinc were extremely rich or rich, and small coefficient of variation, while those of sodium, arsenic, nickel, ferrum, boron and selenium were between 70.32% (nickel) and 149.56% (arsenic) . Heavy metals and metalloids like cuprum, zinc and hydrargyrum content was safe, plumbum and chromium undetected, only arsenic exceeded the standard in some sample. Most mineral element contents had no correlations between in the soil and the seed, except phosphorus and potassium in a certain range, but heavy fertilization, especially the mix fertilization of organic and chemical fertilizer, tended to enhance the cadmium, plumbum and sodium contents in the soil.
