稻草阻燃人造板的生产工艺

摘    要:对FRW阻燃型稻草人造板的生产工艺影响因素进行了研究,稻草经表面化学处理后,通过添加低毒脲醛树脂(UF)、异氰酸酯(MDI)胶粘剂和FRW阻燃剂热压制造稻草板。研究影响稻草阻燃人造板性能的主要因素,通过对板材力学性能、阻燃性能的检测与分析,压制阻燃稻草板的较佳工艺参数为MDI、UF和FRW阻燃剂的用量分别为3%、8%和7%。

Abstract:The effect of processing parameters on physical and mechanical properties of straw-based panel with FRW was discussed in this paper.The straw material was treated with alkaline liquid.The UF,MDI and FRW were added as the resin and addition.The orthogonal testing method was adopted to study the primary factors that affect the properties of fire-retardant straw particleboard.The results showed that the optimum technical parameters for mechanical and fire retardant properties of panels were MDI as 3%,UF as 8%,...
