关于吉林省重点国有林区社会发展和民生状况的思考

发展林业，保护森林资源特别是保护珍贵的天然林资源，是改善生态环境，应对气候变化和促进广大国有林区社会发展与改善民生的重要措施。吉林省重点国有林区在几十年的发展中取得了一些成绩。针对目前存在的问题，要坚定不移地继续实施天然林资源保护工程，努力促进林区经济发展，加大对林区的投入，以构建中国特色的社会主义和谐林区。

Thinking about the Development of Society and Livelihood for the Key State-Owned Forest Districts in Jilin Province

Forestry development and forest resources protection, especially natural forest resource conservation, is important measures for improving ecological environment, combating climate change, promoting the social development of amplitude national state-owned forest districts and improving people＇s livelihood. During the decades, we have scored some achievements in key state-owned forest districts of Jilin province. Suggesting that attention should be firmly carry out natural forest resources, accelerate the development of the economic for natural forest resource, increase the investment for state-owned forest districts, aiming for create a harmonious forest districts based on socialism with Chinese characteristics.
