关于高职高专院校招生人数不足和报到率不高问题的探讨

目前，我国高职高专院校存在着招生人数不足及新生报到率不高的问题，而且有逐年下降的趋势。这不仅严重影响了高职院校招生计划的完成，也浪费了宝贵的高等教育资源。针对这一问题存在的诸多方面的原因，建议采取扩大招生宣传力度、改变投档及录取技术、提高“专升本”学生的比例等措施。

A Discussion of Insufficient Enrollment and Low Registration Rate in Chinese Higher Technical and Vocational Colleges

Insufficient enrollment and low registration rate which decreases year after year are two principal problems unresolved in Chinese higher technical and vocational colleges. The phenomenon not only makes it hard to complete annual enrollment plan, but wastes valuable educational resources. To solve this problem, following suggestions should be utilized, including strengthening propaganda, adjusting the minimum passing marks for admission, making changes to enrollment method as well as lifting admission rate for the top-up program.
