摘    要:本研究选用草原红牛、利木赞与草原红牛杂交后代共计40头作为试验牛群体,运用SPSS软件之GLM分析了21个性状与2号染色体上的3个微卫星标记的关系。结果表明,BM2113等位基因C(142bp)对腿围、净肉重和净肉率等性状有正面影响;IDVGA46等位基因C(21lbp)对5个肌肉度评分性状肴甲、肩部、腰厚、大腿肌、臀部外形以及胴体重、屠宰率、净肉重和净肉率等屠宰肉用性状有负面影响;TGLA44等位基因E(221bp)对耆甲、腰厚、臀部外形等肌肉度评分性状和体重、胴体重以及净肉重等屠宰肉用性状有正面影响。

Abstract:In this study, 40 individuals of Glassland Red Cattle(GLRC) and its improved hybrid by Limousme(LM) were chosen as test population. The relationship of 21 traits and 3 miorosatellite makers on chromosome 2 was analysised by using SPSS. The results showed that, for BM2113, allele C (142bp) had a positive correlation with gam girth, net meat weight and net meat rate. For IDVGA46,allele C (211bp) had a negative correlation with the five muscularity evaluation and four slaughter meaty traits. For TGLA44,allele E (221 bp ) had a positive correlation with withers,loin thickness ,buttocks shape,body weight, carcass weight and net meat weight.
