| 摘 要： | 以猪毛菜为试材,以种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗活力指数等为指标,考察不同浓度的NaCl溶液对猪毛菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:在50～800 mmol/L范围内,随浓度升高,NaCl对猪毛菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用逐渐加强;25 mmol/L低微浓度的NaCl则能促进萌发,提高发芽速度和质量,效果最好.
