| 摘 要： | 提出利用极差法对发射光谱仪仪器性能进行快速评价的原理与方法,该法不需要数据录入即可轻松实现对计量指标的判定,有利于提高计量测试的效率,对类似仪器的快速判断也有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The principle and method of range statistics method were introduced,which was established to evaluate the instrument function of emission spectrometer quickly.With this method,the quantitative indicators could be easily judged without inputting data.It was helpful to improve the efficiency of chemical metrology,and the similar evaluation of other instruments. |
