石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定鼠尾草属植物铅和镉的含量

摘    要:利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定鼠尾草属植物中微量的铅和镉,讨论了基体改进剂、灰化温度以及原子化温度三个测定因素,并对共存离子的干扰做了研究,在实验条件优化情况下,测定铅和镉的方法检出线分别为1.97 ng?mL-1和0.550 ng?mL-1,加标回收率分别为97.20%~105.6%和94.70%~110.6%,样品相对标准偏差分别为0.25%~6.8%和0.14%~4.7%,建立了测定鼠尾草属植物中铅和镉含量的方法。结果得出实验样品中丹参铅和镉含量都符合《中华人民共和国药典》标准,仅有贵州鼠尾草和血盆草的铅含量超标。

Abstract:A method for determination of trace lead and cadmium in Salvia by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) was described. The influences of ashing/atomization temperature, the matrix modifier and coexistent ions on analytical signals were investigated in detail. As a result, the detection limits of this method were 1.97 ng/mL and 0.550 ng/mL. The average recoveries of potassium and sodium in sample were 0.25%-6.8% and 0.14%-4.7% , 0.44%-3.63% respectively, and the relative standard deviations of sample are 0.25%-6.8% and 0.14%-4.7% respectively. The test result proved that this method, which determination of lead and cadmium inSalvia by GFAAS, has its advantages of simple, high accuracy, fine precision, as well as great reproducibility. Finally, the concents of lead and cadmium, which in all the sample ofS. miltiorrhiza Bunge, accord with Chinese Pharmacopoeia’s standard. But there wereS. cavaleriei andS. cavaleriei var.simplicifolia whose lead content exceeded the standard.
