低比转数离心泵叶轮切割定律的研究

摘    要:切割定律在离心泵设计中有着重要的作用,但由于目前还没有十分准确的公式用来进行泵的设计,泵设计一般采用经验公式设计,再加以理论校核计算,这样新设计的泵的性能参数很可能存在着与设计参数不吻合。为此,用统计归纳方法给出该切割定律的具体计算公式与曲线图,并举例验证了推导低比转数离心泵叶轮公式与曲线图的准确性。

Abstract:Cutting-down law is very important for the design of centrifugal pump.But because there is no exact formula to design the pump now,we always use the experimental formula to carry on the design of pump,and then check the result with the theory.As a result,there is difference between the performance parameters and design parameters.In this article,we study cutting-down law and give the exact computational formula and graph of cutting-down law with the method of stat and conclusions,at last,we cite example to validate the veracity of the formula and graph of cutting-down law.
