不同提取方法对北五味子提取物抑菌活性的影响

[目的]比较不同提取方法北五味子提取物抑菌活性，为进一步开发利用北五味子，增加其附加价值提供参考。[方法]采用超临界CO2萃取、乙醇提取和水提等方法对北五味子成分进行提取，研究其提取物抑菌活性。[结果]北五味子提取物对供试茵有一定抑制作用；乙醇提取物对2种菌的抑制效果均高于超临界提取物和水提取物。[结论]用醇提取法北五味子提取物抑菌活性较好，这为进一步开发利用北五味子，增加其附加价值提供了参考。

Effects of Extraction Method on Antibacterial Activity of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.Extracts

[ Objective ] The aim was to investigate the antibacterial activity of Schisandra chinensis （Turez.） Baill. extracts, aiming at providing reference for the utilization of Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill.. [ Method] The Supercritical CO2 extraction, ethanol extraction and water extraction were used to extract Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill.. [ Result ] All the Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill. extracts with different meth- od were baeteriostatic ,of which the ethanol extacts was superior to the other two. [ Conclusion] The antibacterial activity of Schisandra chinensis （Turez.） Baill. extracts with ethanol extraction was stronger than the other two, which would provide reference for utilizing the Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill. better.
