| 摘 要： | 该文对１９９２～１９９３年贵州黎平东风林场杉木无性系花芽分化进行了解剖观察，结果表明，杉木雄球花芽形态分化始于５月下旬，９月上旬形成小孢子叶球雏形，以多边形孢原细胞越冬，雌球花芽形态分化始于１０月上旬，１１月下旬形成大孢子叶球雏形，ＧＡ＿３对雌球花诱导的最佳时间是８月中旬，对雄球花作用最大的时间在５月。

| Abstract: | The flower bud initiation of Chinese fir in the seed orchard of Dongfeng
forestfarm in Liping county,Guizhou province was studied from 1 992 to 1 993 by means of
theparaffin- microton- sectioning method.It was found that the male strobilus primodia of
Chi-nese fir started to differentiate in late May,and in the middle of September,the Proto- mi-
crostrobilus began to form,and with the closely arranged polygon sporogenous liyed
throughthe winter,The female strobilus primodia of Chinese fir appeared to differentiate in early
Oc-tober,and in November, the yong female strobilus formed.The optimum time of inducingthe
female flower differentiation by GA3 was in the middle of August.The time of the mosteffect of
GA3 on male flower was in May. |
