白桦半同胞子代生长及木材纤维性状变异分析

摘    要:测定了同一白桦强化种子因中帽儿山、清源、桓仁、乌伊岭、小北湖、东方红和辉南8个种源的36个半同胞家系的树高、胸径两个生长性状和纤维长宽比、综纤维素量两个木材纤维性状,并运用SPSS软件进行了方差分析,以及在性状差异显著的基础上与地理气候因子进行了相关性分析。结果表明:虽然将8个种源的白桦优树栽种于同一个种子园内,各优树间是开放性授粉,但白桦强化种子园子代受母本影响较大,各种源子代的树高、胸径、纤维长宽比和综纤维素含量的差异达到了极显著水平;树高、胸径与经、纬度呈负相关关系,其中与经度的相关性达到了显著水平;纤维长宽比和综纤维素含量与纬度呈负相关,与经度呈正相关;纤维长宽比和综纤维素含量与树高、胸径呈负相关。利用隶属函数法选择桓仁、东方红、清源种源为优良种源;选择18号、32号,06号、22号、26号、3‘4号、27号、13号、02号、10号、31号、04号、21号等家系为优良家系。
