摘    要:试验利用玉米和大豆两种秸秆作为有机物料改良土壤,栽培半高从越橘"北陆",探讨利用秸秆改良土壤的可行性,并且筛选出经改良后叶片生理指标最佳的秸秆类型、秸秆与园土比例。结果表明,利用适量的玉米秸秆改良土壤栽培越橘,使植株叶面积增大,过氧化氢酶活性和净光合速率升高,过氧化物酶活性降低,叶片质量较好,叶绿素和蛋白质含量较高,当玉米秸秆与园土重量比1:20混合时,上述指标最佳。大豆秸秆作为有机物料改良土壤时,降低叶片中P和K含量,而增加叶片中Ca和Na含量,从而导致叶片光合速率下降,叶片生理功能降低和生长发育受阻。由此可知,玉米秸秆可以替代草炭作为越橘栽培中土壤改良的有机物料。

Abstract:Straw of maize and soybean were used as the organic materials for soil improvement on "Northland" blueberries. To select the best straw organic materials and the best proportion of straw and soil for the blueberry culture by the study of leaf physiological characteristics. The results showed that the leaf area , catalase activity and net photosynthetic rate of blueberry were increased and the peroxidase activity was decreased by the proper use of maize straw as the organic amendment in the soil. The content of chlorophyll and protein were aslo increased and the quality of the leaf was improved. The proper proportion of the mazie straw and soil was 1:20 by weight. However, comparing to the maize straw, The leaf P and K content were decreased and leaf Ca and Na content were increased by soybean straw amendment and this conduced the decreasing of leaf Pn, leaf physiological function and the plant development. It concluded that maize straw could be used as an organic materials for blueberry soil amendment instead of peat.
