| Abstract: | The effects of 10 synergists classified into 6 groups were studied on the toxicity offevalerate and carbofuran to 2 resistant corn borer strains selected in the laboratory. Re-sults showed that the synergistic rate of S_(13) reached 38.5-fold to the fevalerate-R strain,and those of S_(16), SV_1, and PB were 9.6-, 8.7-, and 6.2-fold, respectively. To thecarbofuran-R strain, the synergistic rate of S_(16) was 4-fold, whereas PB, S_(13), and SV_1 hadno significant synergism to it. |
