梨黑星病病原及生物学特性的研究

摘    要:根据我国梨黑星菌的形态特征及致病性,本文提出将我国梨黑星菌归入日本梨黑星菌(Venturia nashicola)一种。该菌的分生孢子在温度为15~20℃、pH值为5.6~6.6和有水滴存在条条下,萌发率最高,光照不是分孢子萌发的必要条件。温暧潮湿条件不利于分生孢子存活。在四川雅安,病菌在落叶上形成大量子囊壳,子囊孢子为春季主要初侵染源。

Abstract:According to the morphological characters and pathogenicity, the fungns which causes pear in China should be Venturia nashicola, not V. pirina. The conidia germinate best in water drops at temperatureoe 15°—20° C with pH at 5. 6—6. 6. The function of light qnthe germination is not apparent. The conidia survive difficultly in the conditoion of high temperattre and humidity, lnya'an, the fungus overwinteis by developing a large number of perithecia on the fallen leaf, Ascospores are chief source of primary infection in spring.
