| 摘 要： | 以平榛、杂交榛、欧榛枝条为无性繁殖材料,研究IBA对榛子生根率和生根指数的影响。结果显示：平榛在IBA浓度为400 mg/kg和500 mg/kg时生根率最高,分别达到了13.75%和15.61%;欧榛在IBA浓度为400 mg/kg时生根率最高,为62.10%;不同浓度IBA对杂交榛生根影响较小。

| Abstract: | The effects of concentration of IBA on rooting of hardwood cuttings of Corylus heterophylla,hybrid hazelnut and Corylus avellana were investigated.The results showed that average rooting rate of Corylus heterophylla reached 13.7% and 15.6% respectively,under 400mg/kg and 500mg/kg of IBA.And IBA concentration of 400mg/kg had remarkably effects on rooting rate of Corylus avellana,the highest reached 62.10%.Different concentrations of IBA have no significant difference on rooting characteristics of hybrid hazel. |
