播散性皮层抑制猫脑模型及MRI成像平面的研究

摘    要:目的:建立播散性皮层抑制的猫脑模型,寻找合适的MRI成像平面。方法:雌猫6只,双侧额窦开颅并充填以琼脂糖凝胶,双侧上侧裂回上方开颅,以备注入氯化钾凝胶。MRI检查行垂直相交的高分辨力横断面、矢状面及冠状面T1WI,研究各方位图像显示脑回的解剖特点,然后分别行静患期、氯化钾刺激期fMRI检查。结果:双侧额窦均充填良好;横断面图像仅能显示嘴尾侧走行脑回的一个断面;矢状面不能显示相邻脑回间的关系;包括双侧上侧裂回和边缘回的冠状面图像既能显示脑回的长轴,又能显示相邻脑回的关系,且能提供对侧大脑半球作为对照。fMRI显示氯化钾刺激区上侧裂回及邻近边缘回脑皮层可见脑功能激活区者5例,并播及到同侧边缘回后部。结论:双侧额窦充填能改善图像质量;上侧裂回是研究播散性皮层抑制最合适的皮层结构;包括双侧上侧裂回和边缘回的冠状面是磁共振功能成像研究播散性皮层抑制的理想成像层面。
