摘    要:采用水培法对高丹草及亲本进行发芽期耐盐性评价。结果表明:盐胁迫对种子发芽起到明显的抑制作用;标准差系数赋予权重法、5级评分法能够准确评价耐盐性;明确了胚芽长、胚根长、幼苗生物量、发芽率等可作为耐盐性测定指标;耐盐性强的亲本组配的杂交种耐盐性也较强;NaCl溶液耐盐性评价方法简单,结果准确;不同材料耐盐性强弱顺序为冀草1号、S2006、冀草2号、天农2号、冀草3号、S76、HB623B、HG5B、H239B;按不同种分析,高丹草耐盐性最强,苏丹草次之,保持系较差。

Abstract:Experiment was conducted to evaluation of NaC1 stress on Sorghum bicolor× Sorghum sudanense at seed germination stage based on water culture. The results indicated that the germination of seeds was markedly inhibited under NaC1 stress;The methods of standard deviation coefficient allocation weighted and the five level grade could be evaluate NaC1 stress on Sorghum bicolor×Sorghum sudanense accurately. And bud length, root length, seedling biomass and germination rate could be evaluation index, the sequence of salt tolerance from strong to weak was as follows.JC-001, S2006, JC-002, TN-002 ,JC-003, HB623B, HG5B, H239B. Salt tolerance of Sorghum bicolor×Sorghum sudanense was the highest while that of Sorghum sudanense was between Sorghum bicolor×Sorghum sudanense and Sorghum bicolor.
