摘    要:为评价麦芽加工对自然资源的利用效率和生态环境的负荷效应,在调查分析甘肃河西走廊麦芽加工企业现状的基础上,以中川麦芽厂为例进行了麦芽加工系统的输入与输出能值因素分析,建立了能值分析综合评价指标体系,研究结果表明麦芽干燥系统净能值产出率高,企业竞争力强;但环境负荷率高,与农业生态环境关系密切,说明能值评价指标合理可行。

Abstract:Emergy analysis is a new analysis methodology,which can assess a system from resource utilization and environmental effect.In the paper,the principles of emergy analysis,a new analysis method on energy consumption,were introduced.In order to extend application range,the assessment factors of emergy analysis on barley malt drying industrial systems was seriously selected based on the fundamental principles of energy conservation and emergy conservation.Emerge evaluation indices was designed with the aid of the energy consumption ratio.The barley malt drying system was employed as a case study to validate the accuracy of the indices,and compared with the traditional system to show the ecology advantages of emergy analysis.
