云南引进种植的紫花苜蓿营养成分分析

摘    要:在云南引进种植的紫花苜蓿品种(三得利、丰宝、盛世、德宝、塞特、游客、多叶王),于生长的第1年孕蕾期、第2年生长到45cm株高时,在孕蕾期、初花期采样,测定粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗纤维(CF)、粗灰分(ASH)、无氮浸出物(NFE)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)7个常规营养成分,结果表明,在同一生长期,10个品种的常规营养成分之间差异不显著;10个品种相同指标取平均值,同一生育期(孕蕾期),第1年的粗蛋白、无氮浸出物含量和第2年的差异不显著(P>0.05),粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙、磷含量差异显著(P<0.05);随生长期的推移,苜蓿的粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量有所下降,粗纤维含量增高,粗灰分下降,无氮浸出物没有明显的变化,在钙磷方面,总的表现为钙多磷少,钙含量呈上升趋势,磷的含量呈逐渐下降的变化规律。

Abstract:Ten alfalfa varieties(Sanditi,Powerplant,Millennium,Derby,Sitel,Eureka,Multiping,CW300,CW301,CW1351)introduced and cultivated in Yunnan were sampled in bud stage in the first year,45 cm height stage,bud stage and blooming stage in the second year to study the nutrient compositions by measuring the contents of crude protein,ether extraction,crude fiber,ash,nitrogen free extract,Ca and P.The results showed that no significant difference among 10 introduced varieties was found in the same growing season.In the same growth period(bud stage),the crude protein,nitrogen-free extract contents in the first year did not significantly differed with that in the second year(P0.05) except of the contents of crude fat,ash,Ca and P.With the growth period,the contents of crude protein and crude fat and crude ash and P decreased and contents of ether extract,crude fiber and Ca increased.the content of crude fiber increased,ash decreased,nitrogen free extract has no obvious regularity,for Ca and P,It showed more Ca and less P in total,Ca content increased,the content of P declined gradually.
