不同基因型小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基组成分析

为了给小麦品质遗传改良中亲本的选配提供参考依据,利用十二烷基磺酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)对36个小麦品种(系)的高分子量谷蛋白亚基组成(HMW-GS)进行了分析。结果共检测到Glu-A1位点编码的HMW-GS有3种类型,分别是Null、1和2*,其中Null出现频率较高(72.22%);Glu-B1位点编码的HMW-GS有7+8、7+9、6+8、13+19、7、13+16、17+18和20共8种类型,其中7+9出现的频率较高为41.67%;Glu-D1位点编码的HMW-GS有2+12、5+10、3+12、4+12、5+12和2+10共6种类型,其中2+12出现的频率最高(38.89%)。共检测到21种HMW-GS组合变异类型,其中Null,7+9,2+12出现频率较高(19.44%)。品质评分发现得分较高的有1、7+8、5+10、1、7+9、5+10、2*、13+19、3+12、2*、20、3+12、1、7+8、4+12和Null、13+16、4+12共6种组合,它们出现的频率为22.22%。

Talk Composition Analysis of High Molecular Weight Glutenin Subunits(HMW-GS) in Different Wheat Cultivarsudget

In order to provide the reference for the parent selection in improving wheat quality,the composition of high molecular weight glutenin subunit(HMW-GS) in 36 wheat cultivars were characterized using sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE).17 alleles were identified: three at G1u-A1,eight at G1u-B1,and six at G1u-D1.At G1u-A1 and At G1u-B1,frequencies of subunit Null(GLu-Al) and subunits 7+9(GLu-Bl) were 72.22% and 41.67%,respectively.At G1u-D1 locus,the frequency of subunits 2+12 was highest(38.89%).Together,21 glutenin patterns were detected,which the frequency of Null,7+9,2+12 pattern were highest(19.44%).Based on quality rating system of Payne ang Song Jianmin,the quality scores of glutenin patterns 1,7+8,5+10,1,7+9,5+10,2*,13+19,3+12,2*,20,3+12,1,7+8,4+12和Null,13+16,4+12 were high.
