汉武帝时期的水利失误与影响

汉武帝时期,水利建设取得了很大的成就,但这些成就的取得是以大量的水利失误为代价的,当时的主要失误包括穿渠溉河东计划和通褒斜工程的失败;未得其饶的龙首渠水利工程以及放任黄河决口泛滥二十余年和河套水利的功亏一篑。这些水利失误的原因很多,但主要是和当时特殊的政治经济环境密不可分的,总结这些经验教训有利于以史为鉴,为今天的西部水利开发提供参考。

Mistakes and Influence of Irrigation Works in the Age of Han Wudi

In the age of Han wudi,there were prodigious achievement in the irrigation works,but these achievement were base on vast irrigation woks'mistakes.In that time,the primary lapsus include the project of digging trench to irrigate the east of Huanghe and excavating the canal of Baoxie;the Longshou irrigation works which did not obtain its plan;let alone the flooding of Huanghe'burst 20 years and the failing of irrigation works in Hetao area.There were many cause of these lapsus,but the important reason was along with the special political and economical condition.Summarizing these experience can help us understand history better and afford reference for today's exploitation of Chinese West irrigation works.
