农业综合开发扶持花木专业合作社发展的实践与思考

为了更好地发挥“合作社＋基地＋农户”的产业化经营的规模效应、品牌效应。促进优势主导产业发展壮大，带动农民增收致富，本着扶大、扶强、扶优的原则，从2009年起常州市武进区通过国家农业综合开发土地治理项目中的农民专业合作经济组织试点项目，连续2年扶持了常州市艺林花木专业合作社，现已显现出了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

In order to better play the scale and brand effect of ＂cooperatives ＋ bases ＋ farmers＂ industrialization management, promote the leading industry development and increase the farmers＇ income, based on the principles of supporting the larger, stronger and superior, since 2009 Wujin district, Changzhou city give aid to the flowers and trees professional cooperative for 2 straight years by the farmers＂ specialized cooperative economic organization of the pilot project in the national agriculture comprehensive exploitation. Now it is showed a good economic and social benefit.
