| 摘 要： | 结合当前中国农村电子商务的发展现状,从全国农村电子商务的角度分析指出了大规模市场运作的基本条件已经具备,目前需要一种适应当前形势的方案来激活、启动整个农村电子商务市场这一关键问题。就中国农村电子商务的特点和国情提出了农产品加工链、储运链、销售链三链相扣激活农村电子商务的构建方案,分析了采用三链相扣的优点及其可行性,该构建方案具有立竿见影、持续性强等特点,将会激活农村电子商务,大力促进农业经济发展。
