河北农业大学图书馆服务质量评价调查与分析

摘    要:参考了Libqual+评价体系及其他高校的图书馆服务质量评价方法,设计了适合我校的实际情况的调查表.根据回收的有效调查问卷,对河北农业大学图书馆服务质量进行了较为深入的分析.研究结果表明,河北农业大学图书馆服务质量为中等偏上.就河北农业大学图书馆目前存在的文献资源不足、软硬件欠缺、服务单一等问题提出改进建议.

Abstract:According to Libqual+ system and the other college library service quality evaluation methods,a questionnaire for Agricultural University of Hebei(AUH) library has been developed.According to the analysis of the valid questionnaires,the service quality of AUH library was evaluated.Result showed that the service quality of our library was among the upper middle.Inadequate literature resources,lack of hardware and software and too simple service system are the main service problems of our library.The corresponding comments and suggestions were put forward.
