摘    要:以库尔勒香梨为试验材料,研究了水杨酸(SA)对库尔勒香梨过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性, 石细胞合成及对其果实品质的影响.结果表明,喷施水杨酸抑制了过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性,降低了石细胞的大小、密度和含量.并且喷施水杨酸还提高了果实硬度,从而提高了果实的耐贮性,但同时降低了可溶性固形物的含量,提高了可滴定酸的含量.水杨酸的施用浓度以0.02 mmol/L效果最佳.

Abstract:The POD,PPO and PAL activities ,stone cell and fruit quality were studied by SA spraying in korla's Xiangli pear . The results showed that POD,PPO and PAL activities were inhibited and the stone cell density ,diameter and contents were decreased in the treatment of SA spraying; Meanwhile, the fruit rigidity was increased, but total soluble solid contents were decreased and titration acid contents were increased in the treatment of SA spraying. The best concentration of spraying SA was 0.02 mmol/L.
