雪莲果中绿原酸含量的测定

摘    要:目的]为雪莲果的开发利用提供理论依据。方法]称取10.0g雪莲果,洗净、切碎,加入40%的乙醇180ml,回流提取其中的绿原酸,自然冷却后过滤。波谱定性检验选择适宜的测定波长,以95%乙醇为参比溶液,用配制好的一系列不同浓度的绿原酸标准溶液绘制标准曲线,测定提取液的吸光度,计算滤液中绿原酸的含量。结果]绿原酸标准品和雪莲果样品提取液在330nm处有特征吸收峰,故选定330nm为最大吸收波长,测定雪莲果样品液的吸光度。雪莲果中绿原酸的平均吸光度值为1.105,含量为0.052%。采用分光光度法测得雪莲果中绿原酸的RSD值为3.07%,平均回收率为105.85%。结论]雪莲果中绿原酸的含量为0.052%。
