普通小麦K、V型雄性不育胞质诱导杂种F_1代产生单倍体的比较研究

摘    要:选用两套同核异质不育系(Kl49A、Vl49A;K83(21)35A、V83(21)35A)与7个恢复系杂交,考察28个杂种F_1代单倍体出现的频率.结果表明,K、V型胞质均可产生单倍体,频率为0~27.34%.单倍体的产生与不育系的核基因型、恢复系、不育系细胞质密切相关,其中以核基因型(保持系)的作用最大,恢复系的作用最小.K、V型不育系之间在诱导单倍体频率上有差异,V型不育系杂种产生单倍体频率较高.解决单倍体问题的根本途径是筛选不产生或很少产生单倍体的保持系.

Comparative Study on the Haploid Wheat Induced from Hybrid of F_1 Generation with K-type and V-type Male Sterile Cytoplasms
Abstract:Two groups of isonuclear alloplasmic male sterile lines including K l49A, V 149A, K83 (2l) 35A, V83(21)35A were crossed with seven restoration lines to find out the frequency of haploid occurrence from all F1generations. The result:showed that both K -type and V -type male sterile cytoplasms could produce hap-loid, with frequency from zero to 27. 3%. The occurrence of haploid was closely related to maintaining line,restoration line and cytoplasm of female, among them maintaining line made greatest contribution andrestoration line played little role. The hybrid of V -type sterile line produced haploid with more frequency,and the main way to prevent haploid occurrence was to select the maintaining line.
