玉米同核异质不育系与测验系杂交不同回交后代的育性观察

摘    要:本研究是以3个测交组合的不同回交世代为材料,对其育性表现进行了比较与分析。结果表明:育性表现不仅受细胞质影响,也受细胞核影响,是质核互作的结果;分离世代的育性表现不符合孟德尔式的分离比例,随不育系核组成比例的不同而不同,育性表现为一种数量性状;育性恢复可能存在有杂种优势现象和配合力效应的问题。

Abstract:The different backcross generations of three combinations were employed as materials in this research. The fertility performance of different generations were observed and compared.The results were shown as follows:Fertility is affected not only by cytoplasm as well as by nuclear,it is the result of cytoplasm and nuclear interaction.The segregation ratio of fertility performance in segregation generation dosen't conform to the Mendelian ratio.Fertility differs with different nuclear constitution.Fertility restoration presents some quantitative character features.Hterosis and combining ability are also shown in fertility restoration.
