摘    要:采用田间酸雨喷淋系统,研究了模拟酸雨对菜心叶片可见伤害,叶绿素和植株生长的影响,结果表明,菜心叶片可见伤害对酸雨的敏感性主要受酸雨的pH影响,也受遗传特性,植株生长阶段和环境条件的影响,pH3.5以下的模拟酸雨使菜心叶片受到伤害,叶片细胞膜透性增加,并降低叶片叶绿素含量,光合速率和生物量。

Abstract:The visible symptoms damages of artificial acid rain and its effect on the content of chlorophyll, photosynthesis rate and plant growth in flowering chinese cabbage were studied with a field artificial acid rain system. The results were as follows: the sensibility of visible damage to acid rain was mainly determined by pH value of acid rain,though genetic characteristic, plant growth stage and environmental factors also had some effects.Under artificial acid rain of pH<3.5, leaves of flowering chinese cabbage were damaged, chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate and biological amount decreased, while membrane permeability of leaf increased.
