摘    要:综述了在生长发育和储藏保鲜过程中不同剂量γ-射线处理对植物体内保护性酶活性和MDA含量的影响,并且在辐照保鲜中保护性酶活性和MDA含量的变化。

Abstract:This text sketches influence of γ-ray irradiation on the change of several kinds of protective enzyme's activity in the body of plants while growth and keeping-fresh.And it has discussed tentatively the relationship between γ-ray dosage and the activity change of these protective enzymes and MDA content.
