| 摘 要： | Toll样受体(Toll like receptors,TLRs)是天然免疫重要的模式识别受体。近年来的许多研究发现,动物TLRs不仅可通过天然免疫抵御生殖道病原微生物感染,对生殖功能也具有重要调控作用。本文简要介绍雄性动物生殖道TLRs的表达及其在精子发生和精子功能等方面的作用,旨在为动物TLRs相关疾病的治疗和预防提供参考。

| Abstract: | Toll like receptors(TLRs)are important pattern recognition receptors to animal innate immunity.In recent years,many studies have found that TLRs can not only provide adequate innate immunity to resist genital infection,but also play an important role in regulating reproductive functions.This article briefly introduces the expression of TLRs in the male reproductive tract and their roles in spermatogenesis and sperm function,aiming to provide references for the treatment and prevention of TLRs-related diseases in animals. |
