摘    要:从福建省某规模化猪场的患猪中分离到一株疑似猪伪狂犬病病毒,命名为FJSW株,对其进行PCR鉴定、gG基因测序等鉴定,并与GenBank上发表的国内外毒株进行序列分析和遗传进化分析。结果显示,病毒经Vero细胞培养可产生典型细胞病变。该毒株gG基因核苷酸序列与国内分离毒株的同源性为99.7%~100.0%,与国外分离毒株核苷酸同源性为98.9%~99.1%。遗传进化分析表明,FJSW株与国内2012年以来新分离的流行毒株属于同一分支,与国外分离的毒株亲缘关系较远。鉴定结果表明,分离株FJSW是一株伪狂犬病变异毒株。

Abstract:A suspected pseudorabies virus variant,named FJSW,was isolated from dead piglets in a large-scale pig farms of Fujian province and determined by PCR identification,gG gene sequence and analyze with domestic and foreign strains from Genbank.The results showed that the virus grown on Vero cell culture can produced typical cytopathic effect.It was shown that the related genes were highly homologous among Chinese isolates(99.7%~100.0%),but relatively lower between Chinese and foreign isolates(98.9%~99.1%).Phylogenetic analysis showed that FJSW strain was clustered to a relatively independent branch together with newly isolated strain in recent years,and it was far from the classical strains from foreign-country.These results demonstrated that a new wild pseudorabies virus had been isolated.
