| Abstract: | Five new varieties of Japanese Pear (Choju, SinSui, KoSui,HoSui and Niitaka) were introduced and cultivated in the middle areas of Anhui province for six years. In general, each of them shows good quality, high yield, disease—resistant and early bearing. These varieties are suitable for further popularization and cultivation. |
