大豆分离蛋白凝胶稳定性智能决策支持系统

摘    要:影响大豆分离蛋白凝胶稳定性的因素有很多,为了准确地确定大豆分离蛋白适宜的凝胶条件,研究并设计了大豆分离蛋白凝胶稳定性的智能决策支持系统。在对系统目标、系统功能和系统结构分析的基础上,设计了基于事例和模糊ARTMAP神经网络的混合推理策略,有效地提高了推理的准确度和效率。系统具有较好的实用价值。
