敌百虫对泥鳅·鲤鱼的急性毒性

用双效速溶敌百虫为试验药物 ,对泥鳅、鲤鱼进行急性毒性试验。结果表明 :泥鳅半致死浓度为 3 .4mg/L ,安全浓度为 0 .3 4mg/L ;鲤鱼半致死浓度为 1.5mg/L ,安全浓度为 0 .15mg/L。试验验证了敌百虫对泥鳅、鲤鱼的毒副作用较强 ,敌百虫对泥鳅的最低致死浓度为 2mg/L ,对鲤鱼的最低致死浓度为 1mg/L ,说明泥鳅比鲤鱼的抗药性强。中毒症状主要表现为焦躁不安、上下窜动、呼吸减弱、鱼体弯曲、翻肚且倒挂于水中的神经中毒现象 ;检查可见 ,鳃丝淤血、鳍部充血、眼球突出、嘴大张。

Experiment in the Toxicity of Triichlorfon to Fish (Oriental Weatherfish and Carp)

The design of fishery double efficiency high speed dissolved trichlorfom as test drug and Oriental weatherfish, Carp as test fish was used for the toxicity test. In different concentration gradient, for Oriental weahtherfish, the testing concentration:1?mg/L,2?mg/L,4?mg/L,8? mg/L ,16?mg/L;for Carp,0.1?mg/L,0.2r of dead, colour of body,breath phase and moving phase were recorded, meanwhile, the temperature,pH of fish body and water and DO of fish body and water were also recorded.The test proofs' toxicity was very strong to Oriental weatherfish and Carp.Trichlofon's minimal lethal concentration: Oriental weatherfish was 2?mg/L,Carp was 1?mg/L,and esplancotion Oriental was stronger than Carp in drug-resistance. And in the toxicity symptomiof the nerve system, torexample: nervous, moving fast, breath heavy, body bowing, turning in water. And examination of the dead fish, the branchia and sins were rich in blood and eyes and mouth was widely open.
