| 摘 要： | 对来自西宁市某养鸡场的5只死胚，进行分离培养得到5株细菌，经染色镜检、培养特性观察、动物实验，以及生化鉴定等试验，初步诊断这5株分离菌株均为绿脓杆菌。

| Abstract: | The s strains of bacteria were cultured and isolated from 5 chicken dead-embryos in a poultry farm of Xiuing city and were preliminarily identified with Pseudomonas aeruginosa by means of staining and microscopy, observation of cultural characters, animal inoculation test and biochemical test. |
