| 摘 要： | 扁桃流胶病是山东省扁桃产区的一种重要病害。2005~2007年通过组织切片镜检、分离培养、致病性测定,明确其病原菌主要为葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeria dothidea(Moug.ex Fr.)Ces.et de Not.]和茎生拟茎点霉Phomopsis mali(Schwtz et Sacc.)Rob.]。室内测定表明:43%好力克悬浮剂、40%福星乳油、5%己唑醇乳油、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂和50%扑海因可湿性粉剂对两病原菌抑菌活性较高。

| Abstract: | Almond gummosis has become a major disease for the development of almond production in Shandong province.Microscope examination,culture of the isolated pathogen and artificial inoculation showed that the main pathogens for the disease were Botryosphaeria dothidea(Moug.ex Fr.)Ces.et de Not.and Phomopsis mali(Schwtz et Sacc.)Rob.Toxicity determination showed that 43% tebuconazole SC,40% flusilazole EC,5% hexaconazole EC,50% carbendazol and iprodione WP had high antibiotic activity against the two pathogens. |
