韩国“新村运动”起因研究

通过政治、社会经济发展和农业经济自身发展3个层面对韩国"新村运动"的起因进行分析。结果显示:韩国"新村运动"是当时韩国政治、社会经济、农业自身发展途中的一次必然的选择。

Research on the Cause of "Saemael Movement" in South Korea

In the paper a comprehensive study on the cause of "Saemael Movement" in South Korea was summarized from three aspects: the politics,the social-economic development and the self-development of agricultural economy.Based on the analyses,three main conclusions can be drawn.Firstly,the movement was just a political tactic of Piao Zhengxi government to please civilians for maintaining its own illegal power.Secondly,in view of social-economic development,the movement was an obligatory measure to close the prominent economical gap between the city and the countryside.Thirdly,the agriculture of South Korean at that time had become a stumbling obstacle for the development of the national economy and the reformation accordingly became an inevitable trend.In summary,Korea Saemael Movement was a necessary choice in connection with the development of South Korean politics,social economy and agriculture.
