| 摘 要： | 基于对当前农产品质量安全问题的分析，提出了农产品质量安全监控信息化的特点和发展方向；介绍了农产品安全信息快速获取、农产品安全信息综合管理、农产品质量追溯系统、农产品安全生产管理监控和远程检测共享网络等农产品质量安全监控信息技术；并探讨了信息技术在农产品质量安全监控领域的应用前景。 |
