摘    要:茄子具有显著的杂种优势,传统的育种手段利用杂种优势所需时间长,选择效率低,而利用单倍体育种方法能显著缩短育种年限,提高选择效率。茄子单倍体育种已经取得了很大进步,并且成功的应用在生产上,然而仍然存在再生率低、倍性混杂等问题。本文将从茄子小孢子发育机理,影响小孢子再生的因素以及茄子小孢子培养取得的成就等方面进行综述,讨论了茄子小孢子培养中存在的问题以及未来的研究方向。

Abstract:Eggplant presents prominent heterosis.,Traditional breeding to utilize the heterosis was time consuming and costly. Haploid breeding could elevate the germplasm creation and breeding process. Although the eggplant haploid breeding have made a great breakout and practiced in cultivar breeding, the low rate of regeneration and mix chromosome are still challenging. This review focuses on the mechanism of the microspore development, the influence factors of microspore regeneration and the outcome of eggplant microspore culture. The existing problems and future research trend were also discussed in the current paper.
