摘    要:以成龄橡胶树无性系RY8-79和PR107为材料,研究乙烯利刺激对胶乳中几种生理参数的影响。结果表明,在自然条件下,RY8-79和PR107的胶乳生理参数存在明显差异,甚至表现出相反的特征,其中RY8-79胶乳中硫醇和H2O2含量以及排胶初速度显著高于PR107,而黄色体破裂指数和堵塞指数显著低于PR107。乙烯利刺激后,RY8-79和PR107的排胶特性发生了一系列的改变,其中黄色体破裂指数都升高,而排胶初速度和堵塞指数均降低,2个品系表现出高度的一致性;但其它几个生理参数的变化在2个品系中表现不一。说明乙烯利刺激促进排胶与提高黄色体稳定性之间没有直接的联系;H2O2含量与黄色体破裂指数之间没有直接的关系。

Abstract:Ethrel promotes the duration of latex fow in rubber tree, but its mechanism is still not well known. Using rubber tree clones RY8-79 and PR107 mature trees as the materials, the effects of ethrel stimulation on latex physiological parameters were studied. The results showed that, in natural condition, the value of latex physiological parameters in RY8-79 had obvious different with the PR107, even showing the reverse feature. Amongst the parameters, the contents of mercaptan and hydrogen peroxide as well as the initial velocity of latex flow in RY8-79 were higher dramaticlly than that of PR107, but the lutoid bursting index and the plugging index were lower obviously than that of PR107. After stimulation of ethrel, the characteristics of latex flow all changed. Therein, the lutoid bursting index rised while the initial velocity and the plugging index dropped both for RY8-79 and PR107. The other physiological parameters had inconsistent changes between RY8-79 and PR107. According to the results, it was concluded that the promotion of lutoid stability had no direct relation with the ethrel stimulation. The content of hydrogen peroxide also had no direct relation with the lutoid bursting index. The study would provide a new idea for ultimately elucidating the mechanism of ethrel-induced prolongation of duration of latex flow.
