摘    要:花生闭花传粉是花生杂交育种的障碍,人工去龙骨瓣是花生杂交成功的关键。通过转入LjCYC2基因,在一定程度上改变了花生的花型,结果表明在变异花中,天然去龙骨瓣的花在T1代的变异率为0.01%,在T2代的变异率提高到1.1%。

Abstract:It was an obstacle of peanuts cross breeding, which was clistogamy. And manual removal of keel was the key to peanut hybridization successful. In this study, flower patterns of peanuts were changed by LjCYC2 gene transformed. The results showed that the mutation rate of natural no keel petals was 0.01% in the T1 generation and 1.1% in the T2 generation. These researches lay a good foundation for acquiring stable peanut species which are natural no keel and used in heterosis of peanut in the future.
