摘    要:目的]研究杨木APMP废液培养枯草芽孢杆菌SY1菌株(Bacillus subtilis)的适宜条件和转化液对番茄病原菌的拮抗作用。方法]通过单因素实验对培养条件进行了初步优化;利用平板扩散法测定转化液对番茄病原菌的抑制作用。结果]杨木APMP废液培养SY1菌株较适宜的条件为:pH值8.0,装液量75/250 m l,接种量5%,温度35℃;在此培养条件下SY1菌株的活芽孢数达3.96×108CFU/m l,废液COD转化率达59.52%。同时发酵液对供试的4种病原菌均有较强的抑菌作用。结论]该研究为利用杨木APMP废液培养枯草芽孢杆菌的工业深层发酵提供了依据。

Study on the Biotransformation and Application of Poplar APMP Wastewater
Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to study the suitable conditions of culturing SY-1 strain of Bacillus subtilis in poplar APMP wastewater and the antagonistic effect of transformation liquid on tomato pathogen.Method] The culture conditions were preliminarily optimized through single factor test.The inhibition of transformation liquid to tomato pathogen was determined by using plate diffusion method.Result] The optimum conditions for culturing SY1 strain in poplar APMP wastewater were as follow: pH 8.0,liquid volume was 75 ml in 250 ml flask,the inoculation amount was 5%,temperature was 35 ℃.Under these culture conditions,the viable spore number of SY1 strain reached 3.96×108 CFU/ ml.COD conversion rate reached 59.52%.At the same time,the fermentation liquid all had stronger bacteriostatic action on 4 kinds of test pathogens.Conclusion] The research provided the basis for the industrial submerged fermentation of culturing Bacillus subtilis by poplar APMP wastewater.
