摘    要:采用土培法,研究不同质量浓度水杨酸(SA)处理对废电池胁迫下小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)幼苗抗氧化系统的影响.结果表明,外源SA处理能明显增强废电池胁迫下小麦幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,并对多项生理指标有改善作用.说明SA能通过刺激抗氧化酶的活性,减轻氧化胁迫,缓解废电池对小麦幼苗的毒害作用.

Abstract:Effects of different concentration of salicylic acid on antioxidant system of wheat seedlings under stress from used batteries was investigated by means of soil culture.The results showed that the activity of peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) was increased by exotic SA;and several physiological indexes were improved.It was suggest that the toxic stress from used batteries on wheat seedling could be relieved by certain concentration of SA through stimulating the activity of antioxidant enzymes.
