| 摘 要： | 采用索氏提取法从油桐(Vernicia fordii)子中提取桐油,设计单因素和正交试验优化提取工艺.结果表明,索氏提取法提取桐油的最佳工艺为以石油醚为溶剂、温度70℃、提取时间3.5 h、料液比1∶7(m∶V,g/mL),桐油提取率为59.13％.

| Abstract: | Using soxhlet extraction method to extract tung oil from the seed of Vernicia fordii,the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor tests.The results showed that the optimum conditions for tung oil extraction were,petroleum ether as solvent;extraction temperature,70 ℃;extraction time,3.5 h;material to liquid ratio,1∶7(m∶V,g/mL).The extraction yield could be 59.13% under these conditions. |
