摘    要:为了探讨不同醒抱方法在处理抱窝鹅中的使用效果,将80只抱窝母鹅随机分为4组(试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和对照组),每组20只.试验Ⅰ组填服氯丙嗪,剂量为每只1片(25 mg)/d;试验Ⅱ组填服溴隐亭,剂量为每只1片(2.5 mg)/d;试验Ⅲ组填服妈富隆(去氧孕烯炔雌醇片),剂量为每只1片/d,(每片含去氧孕烯0.15 mg和炔雌醇0.03 mg),以上3组连续用药3d,第四组作为对照组,饲养在网床上进行,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组每天光照14 h,对照组光照24 h,试验期为30 d.结果表明,处理后一定时间内3个试验组的醒抱率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);醒抱处理后一定时间内3个试验组鹅的恢复开产率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组又显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05).说明使用药物进行醒抱处理的效果优于传统的物理醒抱方法.

Abstract:In order to observe the effect of different waking-up methods on broody goose,80 broody geese were randomly allocated to 4 groups.The first group were waken up by taking 1 tablet Chlorpromazine each broody goose everyday(25 mg),the second group were waken up by taking 1 tablet Bromocriptine each broody goose everyday(2.5 mg),the third group were waken up by taking 1 tablet Desogestrel and Ethinylestradio(Desogestrel 0.15 mg,Ethinylestradio 0.03 mg).All treatment groups took medicine 3 days,the fouth group was the control group which fed on the high web-bed and accepted continuous strong lighting.The results showed that the waking-up rate and resume lay rate of all treatment groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01),and were significantly higher in group I and II(P<0.05).It was indicated that the effect of taking medicine were better than traditional waking-up methods.
