摘    要:通过火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)分析了镉(Cd)胁迫下绿豆(Phaseolus raditus L.)幼苗中K、Ca和Mg含量的变化.结果表明,Cd处理幼苗的地上部分鲜重和干重显著降低,K、Ca和Mg含量随处理时间的延长积累变慢,显著低于对照,表明Cd可影响绿豆的生长发育和代谢.

Abstract:The content of K,Ca and Mg in Phaseolus raditus L.under the cadmium(Cd) stress was studied by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that both fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings were decreased significantly,and the content of K,Ca and Mg were all decreased under long-term Cd exposure.The adverse effects of Cd on development and metabolism of seedling at its initial stage of growth were observed.
